Great Day

Went for a walk, heard the birds, the song of the chime. Saw a squirrel run in and out of his home in the hole of a tree just as a woodpecker flew the the trunk to poke out a worm. All this as we stood soaking up the warm sunshine on a beautifully clear, crisp winter day. I took some naps, a good poo (in a diaper--EC seems to be taking a backseat to sleep and rhythm/communication), chilled with my parents and enjoyed my home. We'll see what effect this has on my bedtime and night sleep.
