Butterfly Box
Mamamma got me a butterfly music box. It has a beautiful song. When it stops, I know how to wind it to start it again.
Little Tower Tower
My mama took a video of me building a tall, tall, TALL tower tower of almost all the "two the same" pieces. She got me singing "Building a train, of two of the same" with Mamamma and the tumbling of the great tower. Then she realized she wasn't actually recording. So she took this video instead. She thinks this is even more interesting though because for over 20 minutes I built a train of "little tower tower." When my mama asked me why, I said because it won't fall over. You see, when you build a tall tower tower, it can fall over easily. This I know from experience.

Making Dosas
Many, many months ago, my mamamma showed me how to make dosas. This time I got to help a little before the pan got too hot. Papa, Ajitmam and I watched Mamamma make dosas and Papa got me out of the way when it got dangerous.
Papa, Ajitmam and the Bean Bin
My papa and Mamamma came for a visit. My Ajitmam came up to see us all. I showed him my bean bin. We had such fun with Papa playing with the beans. We looked for the buttons and our hands. Stirred them around. Talked about the buttons going out to dinner. The buttons were worms, you see, swimming in a sea of beans. Ajitmam asked what are the worms going to eat? I said I didn't know. "Beans!" he said. Mama had a good laugh. I chuckled along, too.

Capturing Me
My mama was running around with me when she decided maybe it would be cool to record my spontaneous little adventures. I stopped running around of course, but I did explore some musical instruments.

Puddle Jumper
My mama and I went on a walk today even though it was rainy. I was very excited to wear my rainboots and jump in puddles. This time I even got into dirty puddles! We went all the way to the fish, and I got to ring the chimes we discovered the other day. We had a good time, even though it started to get a bit chilly after a while,

It's for Reading!
One of my mama's former students shared a book with her called It's a Book. She got a "baby" version for me where the characters are in diapers--It's a Little Book. I like this book, and know our version of it well.

On an Adventure with the Dogs: A Photo Story
My mama and I have been going for short walks. When we take the dogs, I like to walk them holding the leash.
From far away I saw a puddle. "Look, mama! A puddle!" She thought I meant the pond and said so. "No, a puddle! A little puddle!" I explained. She said she didn't understand but that I could show her when we got there. After a while, we came to it. I happily splashed with my rain boots in the (very) little puddle.
When we got to the fishies' house we heard a beautiful sound. It was a tremendously gusty day. We heard a tinkling sound.
"What is it, mama?" I asked. She said she didn't know but maybe we could investigate and find out by following the sound. I directed her up the stairs to the fish, who ended up still being asleep deep under the surface of the water.
Another gust reminded me that there was a sound we were investigating. I ran over to the rocks and played with them for a while before I heard the tinkling sound again.
I ran towards the sound.
I found it! There were beautiful bells hanging from a branch. My mama called them chimes. She loves chimes....
After a bit, I went to play with the rocks, doing a bit of raking, and we heard a different chime.
Even though the wind blew them more than once, I had a hard time seeing that one, and we were cold.
So, off home we went. I felt like walking backwards.
We needed to cross the street.
And I know to look both ways. So I did....
...Twice.
And then we crossed to our side of the street.
I found a treasure (a leaf!) on the way home.
What an adventure!
