Every time I wake up I do a crazy bridge pose stretch that is best done in the air while one of my parents hold me.

Stand Strong
During tummy time I am making advances. I can hold my head up 90 degrees. I can move my legs and arms in a more coordinated way. I can pull my arms out and forward, roll onto my back from my tummy. I can sit up as you saw before, and I can stand too.
I am a strong girl.

First Visit to the Temple
My family went to the temple this afternoon for my daddy's friend Yudistir (Gabriel)'s wife's Hindu baby ceremony. Can't remember what it's called, but it's a puja you can do when the mama is seven months pregnant. I got there and ate upstairs before falling asleep through the whole puja and the aarti. I didn't really see the deities because I slept all the way up until we left and my mama took me out of the sling and put me in the carseat. I had a nice nap, though, listening to my daddy play mridanga while Gabriel Uncle led kirtan. It was a lovely, calm, sparsely-populated event for my first time at the temple. Hopefully next time I'll actually catch a glimpse of the deities. Pictures, forthcoming.
Upright Citizen...For Real
My mama sat me on the potty.....and I sat up! On. My. Own. Even when I wobbled a bit, I caught myself and sat up again. I can't pull myself up to sitting from lying down, but I sure did wow my parents with this one.
